1.  [New Hero] Flaming Asura – Garrell

2. [New Event] Added Garrell’s event – Flaming Fist; Unlocks after clearing Adventure 7-8

3. [Summon] Added new Advanced Summon for Garrell, will be open from Mar.02 – Mar.16 (UTC-4).

When a player pulls a legendary hero, there’s a 50% chance of it being Garrell. If the first pull was not successful, the next legendary hero summoned is guaranteed to be Garrell.

4. [Shop] Added Garrell Event packs to Shop.

5. [Gear Set] Adjusted effects of Assassin’s Set:

Before: Attacks have a 50% chance to deal bonus 35% damage

After: Attacks have a 50% chance to deal bonus 50% damage

After: When HP is above 50%, attacks have a 30% chance to apply Stun for 1 turn.

Ascended: When HP is above 50%, attacks have a 30% chance to apply Stun for 1 turn. When taking damage more than 30% of the character’s Max HP, grants Shield equal to 30% of Max HP for 2 turns, can be triggered once per round.

Basic: [Explosive Arrow] Increase damage from 100% to 120%

Special/Passive: [Ranged Support] Increase damage from 100% to 120%, and will have a 50% chance to remove 1 positive effect from the target

Basic: [Leaping Joust] Now deals bonus damage equal to 3% of the character’s Max HP

Trait: [Arcane Sanction] Arcane Sanction effect increases true damage from 10% to 20%, and will recover 10% of Virgil’s Max HP

Ultimate: [Blade Dance] now will apply Decrease Damage Taken for 2 turns

Trait: [Survival of the Fittest] now will apply Stealth for 1 turn at the start of the Battle

Special: [Poem of Nar] Rework: Changed to passive skill, When HP is below 50%, grants Shield for 2 turns. If this character already has Shield, immediately grants a bonus turn. Can be triggered every 2 rounds.

Ultimate: [Mog’s Rage] Increase damage from 150% to 180%, removed “If the target is affected by Stun, then grants +100% attack before the attack”

Spell Adjustments

[Raging Aura] now +30% Attack for the current turn

[Water Prison] will apply Stun on an enemy for 1 turn and remove 1 of their positive effects.

Graphics and UI optimization

1. Optimized the effects during battle for the following heroes: Imogen, Balberith, Jacob, Lordrec, Earendil, Urion, Elson

2. Optimized the Ultimate skill animation for the following heroes: Mulhex, William, Bruszakk, Ricard, Kyle

3. Adjusted the paragraph layouts for mail templates

4. Adjusted the tabs position, layouts, and text color in the Friends interface

Bugfix

1. Fixed certain text-overflow errors

2. Fixed a Report error in Void Tower

New Hero Intro – ‘Flaming Asura’ Garrell

Long gone are the days since the Bantus of Crisas held sway over Aurelica from the seat of their vast empires, or built magnificent structures imbued with magic rarely seen since ancient days. Centuries have come and gone, leaving little else but the sacred Ramoz Temple, still standing tall as an impressive sight to match the setting sun, and the occasional desert ruin. Today’s Bantus are few in number and, like Garrell, mostly devoted to the quiet patronage of an ancient tradition from within their secluded Sacred Temple.

Garrell is a fire single-target DPS hero, who can deal an enormous amount of damage to one enemy in his [Asura] state.

1. [Void Tower] Rework of the Void Tower interface.

3. [Limited Summon] Added the Limited Summon hero selection from February 28th to March 13th. Valeria, Mytheasia, and Lydia will be the select legendaries.

4. [Roaring Tulpa] Decreased the HP and shield HP of Roaring Tulpa from stages 9 to 12.

5. [Shop] Adjusted the interface of Shop and the grouping of some packs and items.

6. [Battle] Optimized the visual effect of Godfery’s trait during battle.

1. Fixed the bug of certain heroes belonging to incorrect factions in Dispatch.

7. [Battle] Boss Battle Attack Sequence will now be bound to the game account

Patch Notes – February 11th, 2022

Game Update

[Arena]

1. Added Arena Effect: Starting from round 2, increase the Attack of both sides by 15% each round

2. New Arena Season adjustments:

– Increased season length to 8 weeks. The new season will be Feb. 13th – Apr. 10th (UTC)

– Arena Shop will change to Season Shop; Rewards will refresh each season.

– Adjustments for the following items:

[Hierarchy Soul Arcana] Now changed to a purchase limit of 1 each season. Price decreased from 4000 to 2000 Arena Tokens.

[Special Gear Charm] Decreased the price from 80 to 50 Arena Tokens on Charms with a purchase limit. Added Special Gear Charm with no limit of purchase to the shop.

[Gear] Weekly refreshed gear will be replaced by seasonal gear with the same stats for everyone. Added [Ring] and [Necklace] types of gear to the shop. Seasonal gear has a purchase limit of 1 per season for each type.

– Adjustments for Arena Rank Rewards

[Weekly Rewards] Added Arena Tokens to weekly tier rewards.

[Season Tier Rewards] Increased the season rewards for ranks Diamond and below

[Seasonal Rank Rewards] Increased the rewards for seasonal Ranking rewards.

Bugfix

3. Fixed a bug in Godfery’s trait, where the cooldown of all enemies’ ultimate ability increases by 1 turn when only 1 enemy receives a positive effect.

Awaken: Chaos Era’s all-new legendary hero “Godfery” is here! The Chance UP Limited Event is starting

New for Awaken: Chaos Era, the strategy card RPG from Century Games: Today (3rd, February),  adds ‘Godfery’, its first new legendary hero since the global launch.

The woodland-type legendary hero ‘Godfery’ is a wise fellow who dwells in the depths of the Sylvan Woodlands where he uses knowhow to guard the forest. As a confidante of former elven escort captain Virgil, he joined the suppression of the Elven Blood Moon civil unrest. He also helped create the arcane armor that contained Virgil’s soul when he sacrificed himself for the clan’s survival.

Godfery possesses the ‘Ragestasis’ trait which limits the Control positive effect. He also has the ‘Onslaught’ ability which lowers enemy defense and the ‘Cacophony’ ability which forbids healing. Godfery’s ‘Sufficiency’ ultimate ability steals enemy positive effects to use on himself and teammates.

Awaken: Chaos Era will mark the first new legendary hero ‘Godfery’ since the game’s global launch by holding a limited-time recruitment event for the new hero after the related update. It will last from 2:00 UTC-4 on February 3rd to 0:00 on February 10th. When recruiting heroes from the pool during the event, you have a 300% increased chance of obtaining a legendary ‘Godfery’ for a limited time.

Patch Notes – January 12th, 2022

Game Updates

1. [Events] The Winter Festival has ended and the holiday-themed tavern has now been restored to its default state.

2. [Arena] Bronze tier points will no longer rank down when the points are reset every week.

3. [Events] The Winter Festival Event Shop is now closed.

4. [Arcane Dominator] The bonus damage of Arcane Dominator’s Sacrificial Cannon has now been increased from 500% to 1000% when all of the Fire Imps have not been killed before the cannon is fired.

Additional Adjustments

1. [Abaddon] Fixed an issue where Abaddon’s trait did not work correctly. Before: Abaddon’s trait was not applying bonus damage to his basic attack and special ability but was applying bonus damage to his ultimate ability. After: The bonus damage now applies correctly to all abilities.

2. [Hector] Fixed the issue where Hector’s Increased Damage Taken effect from his Waraxe Throw did not stack correctly.

3. [Hugh] Fixed the issue where an upgraded trait would have a chance of not triggering a Bonus Attack.

4. [Quest] Fixed the description error in the Dispelling Positive Effects quest. The description should read “Remove the enhanced counterattack effect of the Roaring Tulpa”.

5. [Shop] Fixed the issue where the product information would not refresh in time when staying on the purchase interface.

6. [Quest] Fixed the issue where arena challenge quests were not unlocked correctly.

7. [Guild] Fixed the issue where the damage ranking of the guild boss did not reset correctly.

8. [Achievement] Fixed the issue where the game would crash when opening the achievements interface.

9. [Battle] Fixed the issue where Abigor‘s Health bar was not being displayed correctly.
