1. [New Feature] Added [Discard Gear] function. Adventurers can now transfer low-quality Gear into Gear EXP. of the same type, and use it directly in Gear Enhancement, simplifying the process of Gear management.
2. [Endless Trial] Adjusted certain Artifact and Enemy strength in Endless Trial
3. [Guide] Added tutorial for Hard Adventure stages and Glyph system
4. [UI] Added effects and shifts on certain interfaces

Bugfix
1. Fixed the bug of not able to use Support heroes in Bounty Hunt
2. Fixed a description error of Bane Wraith
3. Fixed an error when Desmond attacks enemy with [Immune] effect
