Before Nero finally ascended to the Hirschbuck Empire throne, not one member of the royal family had ever cared about this lowly son of a commoner. In the eyes of everyone, he was but a small pawn in a power struggle for the throne. By night, she would doggedly order him to practice his spells, combat and all the other skills needed to make him stronger.
Ultimately, when Nero awakened the power of ice from his bloodline during a brutal and bloody battle, he realized that the Astrologer’s prophecy had always been true.
